I have lived in Alaska since 1978, having come to Juneau as a Jesuit Volunteer. I fell in love with Alaska and now live on Douglas Island with my husband and two dogs.
Paula, you have been in my thoughts, along with all of the others of the Catholic faith during this time of transition. I pray that it will all turn out well in the end for all concerned. Much love to you my friend.

ReplyDeleteTo quote Julian of Norwich: "All will be well!".
DeleteWhat do you think about his stepping down? I've heard people who have opinions on both sides of this issue.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad he felt that he could do this for the sake of his health. I wish him well in his retirement - he deserves the rest!
DeleteHi Paula,
ReplyDeleteIt has made me so sad since I first read of his stepping down. My heart hurts for him and I wish him well. I have thought about it so much.
I hope he will be better now that he doesn't have to work so hard!
