How Did THIS Happen?!?




Yesterday, this bear was on top of the building next to the Senate Building, (where the Juneau Artists Gallery is located).  I'll bet if he could have climbed down to the street, he would have come into the gallery for an icon print!  There is also a shop called The Bear's Lair in the Senate Building, so maybe he was looking for a friend.

      The mountainside is behind the building. He probably jumped over, or climbed a tree to get on top of the building. There is a fudge shop in the building, so he was probably attracted by the aroma of fudge - I know I am!

    That is so funny, I think it would be so nice to live someplace where you just have surprises all of the time. What a great photo!

    We get surprises here, but not like this one. I guess he was meeting friends at the lair.

    I've seen cats stranded up high...but never a bear. Hope he managed a safe return to the ground!
